Syracuse, NY - A Syracuse man shocked while operating a power floor sander remains in critical condition this morning in Upstate University Hospital.
Donald Sweeney, 35, was operating the sander on the floor of his home at 122 Lillian Ave. Thursday afternoon when he was shocked, Syracuse police said. Firefighters restarted his heart and he was taken to Upstate University Hospital.
